"Stephanie sets the the bar for quality and professionalism and she sets the tone where the entire staff are responsive, personable and, most of all knowledgeable. Because of this high quality service, all my insurance needs from house, to cars and even boat are covered through this office. Even the mortgage on my house was written through State Farm bank. Any time I have a question, the staff is able to review the history and give me a good answer. In addition, staff keeps me informed about what is new or the reduction in cost I just received on my car insurance. I also appreciate the honesty and integrity of Stephanie and the staff. When I asked about transferring my retirement accounts to State Farm, Stephanie told me that they could do about the same as what I currently have and that I might as well not change. To me, that's a big deal and I appreciate the candor. Staff provided a critical link between me and the State Farm processes for making a claim. The situation was a little different from the usual in that I used a repair shop that was not in their network. Staff led me through the process and helped correct an inaccurate estimate that I originally received. I would never have known how the navigate the system but staff was right there for me and the claim was settled to everyone's satisfaction. A final quality in which Stephanie and the staff excel is relationship building. This is important to me. Everyone knows my wife and me. They know about our vacations and our families.
